Edward Eliot "Ed" Kramer (born March 20, 1961) is an American editor of numerous science fiction, fantasy, and horror works, and co-founder and former part-owner of the Dragon

He lives in Duluth, Georgia, and has worked as a clinical and educational consultant.〔 He is the former program director of the Metropolitan Atlanta Council on Alcohol and Drugs. Kramer is the subject of a long-running legal battle with the Gwinnett County District Attorney and Gwinnett Superior Court.
== Early life==
